Special reservation and travel terms and conditions for Petit

Hotel’s package offers.

The reservation is fully binding as soon as the reservation office confirms it in writing.

Payment

The reservation must be secured with a credit card prior to arrival via the payment link enclosed in the confirmation. The total amount is due at the hotel, at arrival or departure. If travel includes transport or other arrangements that must be paid at once, the entire amount will be deducted immediately.

Invoice

If payment by invoice is preferred, reservations may only be made at the hotel

Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled online at no cost up to 6 p.m. the day prior to arrival. Cancellations can be made online at www.petithotel.se under the “Cancel your booking” heading. You will find your login details in the confirmation. Cancellations and changes can also be made directly to the hotels. The cancellation goes into effect when they send confirmation. In the event of no-show or cancellation later than 6 p.m. the day prior to arrival, the entire cost will be deducted. If transport is included in the package/reservation, the reservation must be cancelled via the call centre and all tickets must be returned immediately; they will be reimbursed in accordance with each conveyor’s regulations.

Check-in – late arrival

To ensure your room is not made available to another customer, the facility must be informed in advance if arrival will be later than 6 p.m.

Force Majeure

The traveller is not released from payment liability even if he or she, as a result of force majeure (war, nuclear or natural disaster or other similar event), is unable to travel.

Complaints

Complaints must be forwarded to the hotel manager or representative as soon as possible. Entitlement to forward a complaint will be forfeited if you fail to notify the onsite supplier. If you leave the premises without the organiser having had a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue, you will forfeit your entitlement to compensation.

Cost for changes

Changes to transport and/or accommodation: SEK 250/change.

Personal Data Act

When making a reservation as a customer, you consent to your personal data being processed by the hotel and the organizer. Processing is necessary to ensure guest administration and reliable management in the event of an accident, as well as to enable administration and treatment in the event of injury. The data will also be used to forward information about travel-related offers and market surveys.
